March of the Tri-Color Heron

These three shots were taken with my Fujifilm X-T3 using the Fujifilm XF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 R LM OIS WR Lens. After hours of waiting, watching, and walking around Murrells Inlet, SC, I happened upon this Tri-Color Heron wading through the marsh and got the shot.

Gaze of Cygnus Atratus

A pleasant walk along the banks of the Iris gardens in Sumter, SC lead me to this Black Swan. Also known as Cygnus atratus, the Black swan pictured here seems to have a longing gaze.

Efforts of Cygnus Atratus

Upon further inspection, the Cygnus atratus pictured here seems to be coupled with another, which is shown preening its feathers. The two are reminiscent of a human couple before an outing.
